Simply navigate to the rewards button bottom right of the screen, or click here, to sign up.

Alternatively, if you are logged into your customer account online already via the top right of the website, you will automatically be logged into the loyalty and rewards program.

We've made it super easy to earn Harvest Farm-ily rewards!

You can earn "seeds" - thats our fancy name for points - through a few different ways.

You'll get an email each time you earn "seeds" with an updated balance of your rewards account.

Simply click into each action to earn "seeds"

Seeds can be redeemed for discount vouchers and free delivery!

This is the fun part!

When you have enough "seeds" to reach a reward status, you can unlock this and redeem!

Here's what it looks like when you reach the correct level of awesomeness needed for redemption!

Simply click view next to the one you wish to redeem :) note that there are different codes depending on the usage.

Refer new friends to Good Harvest & get rewarded when they make a purchase!

Navigate to the Loyalty Program button bottom left of the screen.

You can refer in three ways:

By email

No need to copy the code, just click on email.

Enter your friends info on this pop up and write a personalised message.

Click send email.

NOTE this will only work if your friend has never ordered or created an account with us before.

These are great fun and an awesome way of starting a conversation with someone about the referral.

Please note that you must still login online and send them an email referral to ensure that the process captures their details so they can get the discount code.

Once they complete a successful verified pruchase, the system will send you an email with your reward/discount code.

The boring but necessary stuff :)

1. By applying to join the Good Harvest Farm-ily Loyalty & Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time (Terms) and are subject to any other conditions imposed by Good Harvest from time to time. The latest Terms supersede and replace any and all previous terms and conditions in connection with the Good Harvest Farm-ily.
2. Individuals can apply to join the Good Harvest Farm-ily by entering their details online HERE. Good Harvest may, in its absolute discretion, accept or refuse any application.
3. A Good Harvest Farm-ily member is entitled to one membership.
4. There is currently no membership fee for joining. Over time as the program evolves we may introduce paid membership tiers with extra rewards, different earning values and more.
5. Harvest Farm-ily rewards and points are only valid for online use, not at our retail locations.
6. Good Harvest Farm-ily benefits are determined by Good Harvest from time to time and may include discounts, invitations to events, entry into promotions and are subject to availability.
7. Good Harvest Farm-ily member benefits only apply to the customer listed at the checkout of a transaction. Good Harvest Farm-ily discounts are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise specified by Good Harvest.
8. Good Harvest Farm-ily member benefits are valid until cancelled by Good Harvest (in its absolute discretion) or until the member notifies Good Harvest that he or she wishes to terminate their membership.
9. The Good Harvest Farm-ily Loyalty & Rewards program commences Saturday 18th March 2023.
10. Earning "seeds" (points) only applies to purchases made after 18th March 2023, and cannot be backdated.
11. For reference, the term "seeds" refers to a digital points allocation, not actual seeds. This terminology may change at any time.
12. At any time the reward earning points calculation and redemption rewards values can be adjusted and revised without notice. Any changes will be communicated to you via email.
13. Promotional days may be made available to customers to earn double loyalty rewards for all orders placed on that date. Information on this will be advised via email.
14. "Seeds" earned via dollars spent are automatically adjusted if an order is refunded or partially refunded.
15. Rewards claimed online can be used for subscription and non subscription orders. Please ensure you claim the correct reward to apply to the subscription orders via the customer portal.
16. Rewards are claimed as discount codes. You cannot claim more than 1 reward per order and discount codes cannot be combined.
17. We anticipate some technical issues for customers who are picking up their orders - the combination of the pick up discount may mean that loyalty rewards need to be applied by our customer service team instead of the customer. Please reach out to us regarding this.
18. Referral rewards are only valid for use by NEW customers. A NEW customer is defined as someone who has never ordered from Good Harvest personally, and has never been living at the same address of someone who orders from Good Harvest. Please be kind and only refer new friends.
19. At any time, Good Harvest can choose to withdraw and cancel the loyalty program.
20. Good Harvest is not responsible for fraudulent use of Harvest Farm-ily member log-in details. The member must report an actual or suspected fraudulent use by emailing boxes@goodharvest.com.au immediately. The Harvest Farm-ily members existing member details will be cancelled and a new member log-in username and password will be advised. Rewards will be subject to discretion.
21. Good Harvest shall not be liable in any way if benefits or promotions are unavailable for any reason including as a result of a technical malfunction, operator fault, computer hardware or software errors.
22. If a technical malfunction, operator fault, computer hardware or software error results in a discount being overlooked or wrongly attributed, the Harvest Farm-ily member may bring this to the attention of the team at Good Harvest within 24 hours of the time of the purchase to receive the appropriate discount. Simply email boxes@goodharvest.com.au to notify us of the issue or fault.
23. Harvest Farm-ily members indemnify Good Harvest for and against any loss or claim suffered or incurred by Good Harvest arising from or in connection with a breach of these Terms by a Harvest Farm-ily member or in connection with a Harvest Farm-ily members details.
24. Good Harvest holds and uses a Harvest Farm-ily member’s personal information in accordance with Good Harvest privacy policy.
25. If any clause of these Terms, or any part of any clause, is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, then that part shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in force. The words "include" and "including" and other similar words and expressions are to be construed without limitation. These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Queensland, Australia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
