 **Orders for bread must be finalised by either 10am Tuesday for Thursday delivery or 10am Wednesday for Friday delivery.**   As the bread is made to order, late cancellation will still incur a charge. 

Organic bread baked fresh in the morning by the team at The Wonky Loaf, just in time for delivery to your door. Please note we are unable to request these as sliced - these usually come unsliced. 

Each Month Wonky Loaf creates an extra amazing special Loaf. If you subscribe to this product you will receive the new loaf each month.

The Gochujang and Spring Onion Loaf 🌶

In celebration of the Korean Lunar New Year, Wonky Loaf is bringing back one of their most-loved creations, the Gochujang Loaf.

This sourdough loaf is infused with the bold, umami-rich flavors of gochujang, Korea’s iconic fermented chili paste. It’s a perfect balance of sweet, savory, spicy, and a touch of tang—a true taste explosion that pairs beautifully with soups, scrambled eggs or even as the base for your favorite sandwich.

Ingredients: Wholegrain Milling Certified Organic and Certified Sustainable bakers and stoneground wholewheat flours, purified water, salt, wild yeast with gochujang paste, spring onion & confit garlic 

The Korean Lunar New Year, known as Seollal, is a time for family gatherings, traditional foods, and reflection. Gochujang, with its deeply rooted cultural significance, represents the heart of Korean cuisine, and we’re thrilled to honor this tradition through our bread.

The wonky loaf is  a business that celebrates authenticity, honesty and heart, are a community of creative, passionate and hardworking humans,  are humans that are very human and by doing so encourage others to embrace their wonkiness.

The Wonky Loaf was established as a micro sourdough bakery from Katie’s home kitchen in 2018. From the humble and very sweet beginnings to a now thriving, full production bakery that services the Sunshine Coast, it’s fair to say that The Wonky Loaf is becoming the crème de la crème for sourdough products.

Slow fermented sourdough is the heart and soul of The Wonky Loaf, so much so, that they use the fermentation process in everything they create, from the bread and pastries to the pie crusts and sweet tarts. Not only are their sourdough products addictively good, but they’re also kinder on our tummies. This is possible due to both the 36 hour fermentation process which breaks down the gluten and the high quality, sustainable and organic flours used across our products.

Delivery charges vary depending location, with a minimum order value of $60.

All deliveries are made Thursdays or Fridays depending your postcode.
