Organic Coconut sugar

Certified organic coconut sugar is sustainably grown and monkey free labour; traditionally hand-harvested by farmers, who collect nectar from the coconut palm blossoms.

Organic coconut sugar is delicious in hot beverages; and can be used in raw food treats, baked goods and desserts or savoury dishes that require a sweet touch.

As always we go the full distance to source locally. As we all know there are many coconut palms in Far North Queensland. However, most coconut palms get de-nutted for safety reasons, meaning we had to source our coconut products from Indonesia. Why Indonesia? It is the closest to Queensland and this still allows us to keep our carbon emission down.
