Ingredients
- 4 cups of green grapes, frozen (or red)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or alternative sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
- Juice of half a lime
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- In a food processor, puree the frozen grapes, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add remaining ingredients if desired and puree until smooth.
- The frozen sorbet will keep in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Ingredients
- 400g red grapes
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 200g goatâs cheese
- Black pepper
- Sea salt
- Runny honey, for drizzling
Directions
- Heat the oven to 200°C.
- Pick the grapes off of the vine and lay on a baking tray, sprinkle with salt and roast for 5 to 10 minutes, until the skins start to split.
- As the grapes are roasting, toast the bread, then spread each slice with goatâs cheese and season generously with black pepper.
- Once the grapes have roasted, pile them on to the toasts and top with a drizzle of honey.
- Enjoy!
